Resolve Relationship Therapy & Reflective Practice is a Melbourne-based practice that provides therapy to adolescents, adults, couples and families. Katie provides reflective practice to NGO’s, public sector agencies and other organisations to strengthen staff wellbeing and build positive culture in an increasingly complex social services sector. Katie also provides clinical supervision to social workers and family therapists.
Katie is a Registered Mental Health Social Worker and Clinical Family Therapist with extensive experience working across complex systems including mental health, forensics, and family violence. Her work is deeply informed by attachment theory and a strong interest in how early relationships shape our patterns of connection across the lifespan.
At Resolve Relationship Therapy & Reflective Practice the focus is on understanding how experiences, relationships, and systems influence the way we respond, connect, and cope. Katie uses a multi modality approach and is trained in the following approaches among others. Katie has extensive experience in working with trauma and uses trauma responsive practice.
